We have identified the following skills as most relevant:<\/p>

  1. Critical reasoning<\/strong>\u2013 the ability to analyze, question, and evaluate.<\/li>
  2. Intellectual drive and endurance<\/strong>\u2013 a genuine desire to learn and stay engaged when answers are not immediate.<\/li>
  3. Ethical judgment<\/strong>\u2013 understanding consequences, responsibility, and commitment to others.<\/li>
  4. Creative synthesis<\/strong>\u2013 connecting ideas across disciplines.<\/li>
  5. Human connection skills<\/strong>\u2013 listening and expressing ideas and feelings.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

    These skills are technical so much as focused on human capacity.\u00a0Reasoning, connection and collaboration remain as important as ever, as well as tapping into passions which drives and directs students\u2019 learning.<\/p>
